When are you announcing your next set of results?
The next set of Landround plc results will be announced in April 2007
How do I buy/sell Landround plc shares?
You cannot buy shares directly from Landround plc. You can buy or sell shares using any stockbroker or UK share dealing service. Most high street building societies or banks offer some kind of share dealing service.
What do I do if I have changed my name?
You must write to Capita Registrars advising of your change of name and clearly stating the full details of both your old and new names. You must ensure that your old name is as it is recorded on your share certificate or dividend statement You will also need to send your share certificate to Capita Registrars along with any relevant legal documents (e.g. marriage certificate etc.)
What do I do if I move house?
If you wish to notify a change of address you will need to complete a change of address form which you should sign and return to Capita Registrars. You will need to state your investor code (which can be found on your share certificate or dividend statement), details of the company and full details of both your old and new address.

How do I transfer my shares?
If you wish to transfer all or some of your shares to someone else you will need to complete a stock transfer form. This form should be returned with your share certificate, covering at least the number of shares to be transferred, to Capita Registrars who will then process the transfer and issue a new balance share certificate if appropriate.

What do I do if I have lost my share certificate(s); how do I obtain a replacement?
If your share certificate has been lost or stolen you should write to Capita Registrars immediately to inform them that it is missing. Capita Registrars will then send you a formal Letter of Indemnity for completion along with details of any fees that may be charged. Once the Letter of Indemnity and relevant fee has been returned to Capita Registrars they will arrange for a duplicate certificate to be issued.
What do I do if the shareholder has died?
You should write to Capita Registrars advising of the death of the shareholder, stating the full name, address and investor code of the shareholder as shown on their share certificate. You will need the following:
Sealed copy Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
Share certificate(s) representing the total holding
Death certificate (If account was held jointly with another person)
Note: If Probate is not being sought due to the small value of the estate please contact Capita Registrars to apply for the relevant Small Estate Procedure forms.
I have more than one account due to inconsistencies in my name/address? How do I correct this?
You should write to Capita Registrars telling them of any amendments to be made and quoting both relevant account numbers. Please be aware that where there are inconsistencies with your name you should also send your share certificate to Capita Registrars along with any relevant legal documents
(e.g. marriage certificate etc.).
